There was a memo from the union explaining that the PBS staffing number is not accurate and will/maybe be fixed in the next week or so. There are retirements and Etc. E.g., you will notice that someone that was senior to you on the ISL are even more senior now which is impossible. A new vacancy bid is suppose to happen next week and the numbers should be right by then.
