You are right! We received a letter from BB yesterday to please give up our equity stake so we can have a job. Last week Siegel tried to blame the flight crews for not giving up our equity stake as well.
My favorite part was the letter to the non-union workers saying that if we (the pilots and flight attendants) gave up our equity stake, they'd get pay raises, 401k match, and a cash bonus.

Did they come? What did they say? I imagine it might have been something like "we're working through the courts to destroy your seniority, and here's your sign up card to join us".
