I'm a 2008 NW poolie who was supposed to be in the class that was the first cancelled. Haven't been real keen on having to jump through all the hoops again (TMATW q's, etc) but being offered a class with a cursory meet and greet, PRIA and background check changes that a bit.

If this is correct I don't think it's for the NWA poolies (of which I was/am one). Someone said in a previous thread of mine that there were actually DAL poolies from the last round of hiring in 2010. So, it might be possible that what you heard was correct but if so I'd assume these are the folks they are talking about. I agree with Mav on the earlier post in this thread that if they were going to just offer us a class date they would have done so in the last round of hiring...since I didn't even get a call for that round of hiring I'm not under the impression they would simply offer us a class date unless something has changed drastically.
