You are right, it's not the easy choice. I know it sounds cliche and dramatic, but at some point we will all realize we've put up with too much BS and that we owe it to ourselves and our profession to just say NO MORE. I did it with the Eagle bankruptcy TA, with perceived great risk to my personal situation, and it felt great. I was past my breaking point and ready to live with the consequences of making a stand.
IMO you simply cannot afford to not vote no if you are worried for your regional airline job. We will wait a long long time for another ripe opportunity like we have now to stop managements' unnecessary slashing spree.
