Not totally correct on the seniority. As of the last bid that we just had, the most junior CA in ANC on the MD11 was hired in Sept. of 2000.
That being said, MD11 CA in ANC will, in my estimation, go even more junior than it is now. With the stated growth in ANC, number of MD11's coming online in 2007, and the fact that there were no crewmembers hired from 2001 to late 2004, if you want to be a junior CA forever in ANC, you just may get it.
