I'm doing training in ATL and while I'd rather not be specific, I did hear from 2 reliable sources that 300 is a low number for this year and they're expecting quite a lot more, well above 600 total for the next couple years. Usual caveats.
Regarding a few comments from/to NWA poolies: my experience witnessing the interview process in '10 was that NWA were at a disadvantage due to post-merger territorialism. However, I honestly doubt that will be the case this time around unless an applicant shows an attitude of entitlement or a grudge - which I doubt even more.
