Atlas wants to know if your quaffed and can you do the job. If you are flying heavies in the USAF and meet the mins the answer is yes. Once that boxed is checked they are more concerned with what kind of a person you are, how well you play with others, and do you really want to be here.

When I was hired, I provided my military records and we discussed my background (mil & civ). They never looked at my logbook. It's a big picture thing. Don't sweat every detail.
