Very fluid I would say. That's just the normal state of things around here. All new hires have been on the 747. No one has come to our little plane since February. I think the new hires are for a mixture of Part 117 for the little bit of passenger flying and retirements. Some could be for new flying, but nothing has been formally announced so that is purely speculative.
