We need help but I only want us all, you included, to reach their aviation goals. I think we can, from here on, agree to disagree. We agree this place is FAR from perfect, but hopefully you will consider allowing silver employees to comment to perspective new hires as to the way things work here. From the beginning that was my only goal. To ALL that left, good luck. We all would leave for the right opportunity if it came up. Hopefully we all sit in a bar in hotlanta one day and joke about how we ended up there for recurrent on the same month.

Oh and don't worry. I will NOT sugar coat anything. If someone asks about commutability don't you worry. I plan brutal honesty. Hopefully we take a page or two from the book your airline wrote. What an industry it would be if we followed that place's example.
