Personally, I'd do whichever one I was more confident on about the material. For me personally, I was more confident with instrument material and flying, and did the CFI-IA as the initial. There are a lot of schools in the Daytona area. I did my CFI ratings at Air America, but things change so quick down there, it's hard to say unless you're local. It's been a few years since I've flown there.
