I'm glad you found a bag. I was going to regale you with my tales of woe in dealing with TravelPro.
My first several years with FDX I owed several TravelPro bags. Approximately every 2 years I would send it back to them for repairs. Each time I would get a letter telling me it was not repairable and they'd send me a new one NO CHARGE. It was easy and painless, sorry to hear that's not the policy anymore as I still own TravelPro bags
