In accordance with ALPA Merger Policy, this Arbitration Board shallretain jurisdiction to resolve any unresolved disputes between the Continental and United Merger Committees as to the correct placement of a pilot on the ISL in accordance with the Board’s Award, and/or the interpretation or application of these conditions and restrictions.
I think they are doing that right now, hence the bid closing OCT 5th and I guarantee the award won't be out until all the SLI stuff is settled (by the arbs anyway).
