Each time I would get a letter telling me it was not repairable and they'd send me a new one NO CHARGE. Mark, that was exactly my experience too. They couldn't do enough to keep you as a satisfied customer. That's why I was so shocked this last time when they wouldn't even repair a ripped zipper. It was like a whole different company and not one that I liked.
