Instead of addressing the problem you guys want to defend a system to defend your own ego. I have not suggested that CAL pilots are less qualified, just the training methods and standards may need to be upgraded.
Since you only do the higher standard training I can assume you have not done any of the phase 1-7 training that we all thought was sub standard? Or did you do it and take the hour of pay?

The food you talk about at Tk, I don't know anyone that doesn't walk across the street to eat, the food facilities are nowhere near what they used to be.

The training to the best in the industry. I again assume you have not been through a class in a long time, the 777 class a few years back basically had no ground school you could not have just done at home. The pre and post sim, showed up late and left early.

I have heard from a few that it has been improving again and I have not been to iah and don't think I ever will, but when you are ripping the rest of the industry please take a good hard look at ours.

I have also found that they don't pay much attention to our comments and suggestions either at training nor improvments to our company. JMO

I have also had the good quality training at TK, with some instructors that are dedicated and are doing the job because the enjoy and are good at instructing. There are also some that do it because it works for them while trying to live in denver. Have been over all happy with TK, however to act like it doesn't have it's problems or been going downhill for a while seems a little off.
