I did contract engine maintenance at NAS New Orleans. We were responsible for working on (converting/testing/storing) the engines for the QF-16 program. We maintained two different engines that are being used for the drones. Splash engines, which will be in the planes when they are used as targets and test engines, which will be used when a pilot is in the plane during test/evaluation flights. The engines are the older F100-PW-100.
