I agree with Seafeye... I have worked as an RN in both countries and both systems have things I love and things I hate. The people who think the other countries system is horrible are probably limiting themself to a single news channel for information. Same goes for income tax information.

Your quality of life is realitively equal and most people end up with zero in their checking account by the end of each month.

Do you really think a regional airline won't be able to compete because of what the pilots make? That is a small fraction of a percentage in the total cost of each flight.
