Knowing RNs and a doctor who have worked in both countries it is a fact that a for profit health care system like ours is a sham.

The quality in both countries is top notch. The problem is access to that quality here in the U.S. It is difficult and expensive. In many cases prohibitively so. We are the only country in the world where people actually lose everything they own over health care bills.

In Canada not only is the quality good like here, but everyone has access and nobody goes bankrupt over it. Same thing with Europe and Japan.
