Take the best contract and wages from the better regional and strive for that. It's not shooting for the sky by any means but it's a start. If we don't do something soon they will bring us all down one by one to PSA and Pinnacle's level. No one regional can do it alone. Promise of new airplanes and flows will bring down any regional pilot group. You're lying to yourself if you think your group is any better.

Let's try to do it legally, let's try to do it together. Let's ignore the negativity that senior captains and management puts on here. Start a productive discussion if you can or just keep your thoughts to yourself otherwise.
