I can kinda see their point. If you interviewed with them, you want a job. If they offer you a job, they expect you to take it. I heard they give you a courtesy 3 chances too, but remember, they are trying to run a business and need to hire you (and presumably you want to work there since you interviewed). I was offered a short notice class (called friday at 330pm for a monday class) but turned it down. Was called a few days later with the class that I wanted.

To be honest, I think 3 "selections" is fair..
