I think the frustration is that those who are trying to stand up to management want to send a message to those who won't . Denying a JS isn't the way to send the message to the YES voters though. Take them in the jumpseat and give them facts and reasons why they need to change their tune.
I tried "facts and reasons" before they voted yes for this horrible and unnecessary concessionary downward pressure on the entire industry...
