From what I've heard about the UAL guaranteed interview is:
-4 years with the company
-Currently a Captain
-No disciplinary action
4 yrs at silver? Gtfoh.... That's not worth it.... Going to be hard to be a captain with DECs sitting it out until something better comes around. Not to mention not enough FOs means no movement. Then the lifers.... Prolly not going to go to leave to UA. Especially those guys that left and then came back.
