I interview at regionals with 747 FOs who want to keep a job, any job.
Not at SkyWest, the format may slightly change (sim vs. no sim, ATP written vs. no written) but the type of person we're looking for is the same type we were looking for 7 years ago. We are probably the most consistent airline out there in these regards. Once you meet the mins ALL we care about is you, not that you flew a 747 or a Seminole. Like I said before, all your work experience will do is help us determine which aircraft to place you in. And if we are only hiring into one aircraft then regardless of experience that's where everyone will go.

BTW, I bet most regionals would rather hire a 1500 hour CFI over a 747 FO due to the fact that the 747 FO will have the opportunity to bail far sooner.
