Can anyone who has been through the process comment on what happens after the interview? I am former military and it has proven to be very difficult to track down some of my former CO's personal phone numbers as they are long retired. If I am fortunate to get the conditional job offer, will Delta want to call all of my old supervisors from each duty station? Thank you.

I think someone that was in the unit with you will suffice. This works for most places, but Delta might be different... not sure.
