You have to remember that Delta is an old school airline. You will interview with one retired Captain (maybe Timbo one day), one active Captain (maybe Timbo in 2 weeks) and a HR representative. I would strongly recommend a conservative looking suit, shirt, tie and shoes.
You want to fit the mold of a professional pilot. I want the recruiters to remember you by what you say in the interview and not how you are dressed.

Timbo is not held in such high esteem by the wonks on the 4th floor. Timbo fly's airplanes and hates Cubicle Captains. If you interview with Timbo, it will be at the Sea View club in Dubai, or at Sticky Fingers in Hong Kong.
