Can anyone who has been through the process comment on what happens after the interview? I am former military and it has proven to be very difficult to track down some of my former CO's personal phone numbers as they are long retired. If I am fortunate to get the conditional job offer, will Delta want to call all of my old supervisors from each duty station? Thank you.

I put the phone number of the unit (because that's where I worked and I had no idea where my supervisor was at that point). When it came to squadrons of mine that had been deactivated or moved I simply put "Unit moved." No one questioned me on this at any point.
