I don't think we even start receiving the 175s until next May-June. They've got enough pilots already here that have bid for it, that the earliest new hires wouldn't get it until early summer. I'd imagine/hope that we hire a bunch of pilots into the EMB/RJ before that.
I agree but why go to the ER7 when they could potentially move up faster in the crj? For me I wouldn't move over from the crj to the er7 unless there was a huge QOL bump (able to live in base if I couldn't on the RJ). Relative the pay is pretty close to each other and the threat of losing delta travel, would make me second guess moving over to it. Plus who knows what trips will look like.
