Being that this is the DAL hiring page I have a question to the DAL guys.

I have a friend who applied to be a FA. But their process is backwards from ours. If you want to refer anyone the EMPLOYEE has to start the process via ebid. Since she's applied I'm told that my input is out of the question.

Any way around this? I'll send a letter w/ her if she makes it to the interview but it just seams bass ackwards to me.
