The loudest ones are the ones who are the least happy. I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't weighing the pros and cons of moving to a Legacy, but I'm 30 and currently have no focused intention of leaving. I've worked for a bottom-feeder ACMI that was known to be a meat grinder in terms of attrition, and frankly, Atlas isn't anywhere near that level, imperfections and all.
