Hire a neighborhood kid that has an eye for detail. Pay him/her to enter every flight into an electronic logbook for you.

You can audit their accuracy every 10 pages or so.

Wonder what the going rate for that would be?

Better yet - make your own kid to do it "Free - legal labor!"
