Typical Purple. Have someone else do all your work. While you enjoy multiple quality of life bonuses, the IPA pilots are treated like crap. And you want the IPA to get the pay up so you can match it. So you'll have the pay and beds in the sort, popcorn, coffee, bags taken to the airplane, commercial tickets in First, etc. While the UPS pilots sit in coach, or on the floor of the 767. No Beds or facilities for Rest during the Sort, No lockers, No nothing.
The IPA can get paid 20% more, and it still wouldn't add up to your perks. And then your leaders openers are 40 bucks less than ours. Unbelievable.
