Don't take the recent posting trends as an indication that things have gone bad at Atlas. Far from it. This is a very agreeable place to hang your hat provided you know and accept the ACMI lifestyle. That doesn't mean that we don't have the same ongoing battle that any other pilot group has in making certain the company follows the contract. I can honestly say that whenever I have been in that position here and could quote book, chapter and verse from the contract to whomever in the company I was speaking with I've never had a problem. I'd expect to have to do the same thing no matter where I was flying and it doesn't take away from my enjoyment of this job at all.
