Correct, part 137 is a no go. The Post 9/11 GI bill covers 100% of costs up to the annual limit at part 141
AND 142 schools. Buyer beware: books are not included (may be negotiable depending on who you talk to at the VA) and neither is the examiners fee for a checkride.
