My guess is he is upset because he isn't getting first class for his coach fares. Just like the mileage plus guys who scowl at deadheading crews for taking the first class seats they want without paying for them.
The entire industry has changed as it is becoming more fee based than ever before. Personally I would prefer the glory days where travelers wore suits and behaved like human beings but those days are gone.
My guess is that our best customers, that we took care of and who stuck by us during the BK era, have been leaving as a result of the policies instituted by the current regime. Just wait until the next full blown economic downturn. Barring significant changes soon, this outfit will be the first one on its knees and the regime will turn its focus on the cost "problem" of you and me.
