Default CAL pilots mad about SLI, I know why now....

In the past few weeks I have ran into a lot of CAL pilots at work that are mad about SLI. There is a common problem, they are comparing apples and oranges.

All of them said that they lost 10% or more which is in fact not true. They were all comparing the SLI list seniority number percentage to their August 2013 LCAL percentage. Of course that looked messed up.

The correct seniority number is in PBS or the vacancy bidding page on CCS.

Example, my SLI was 9317. My current PBS and vacancy bid number is 8843. Big difference.

We have 12,600 pilots total as of now. I am the exact same percentage in the new company that I was in LCAL in August 2013.

Hopefully it makes sense. This should work for everyone, except the pilots that got a LOT of furloughs on top of them.
