Not to worry. UAL management will not suffer for their ineptitude and should they mismanage the company to its economic doom the bankruptcy court will allow management to rape its employees, skip out on its financial obligations and be the next turn in the death spiral of the airline pilot profession. It is only a matter of time before the entire industry repeats its march through the courts. Sad.
