I don't see that lasting more then a few months. One just has to look at Dynamic and Swift (EZJet) last year with a 767-200 and others before that (EOS to name one of them). In addition, FlyJamaica just started serving GEO with their 757 out of JFK. Only saving grace might be the T&T stop but that route is already served by Caribbean Airlines with 2-3 flights daily (JFK-POS-GEO) and they also fly JFK-GEO-POS 2-3 a week, with a 767-300.

Good luck to Vision but it just seems strange to re-start their 767 side based on this route alone.
