But your willingness for appeasement,
You're putting words in my mouth, or accusing me of the action of "appeasement." When have I ever stated in my previous posts tonight, or ever for that matter, that I was willing to settle for anything less than "my own" standard of pay/contract increases?

If you research my posts enough, you'll realize that I was in Kandahar, Afghanistan during the last contract & had intentions of being the VERY FIRST "NO" vote of C2012. As it turned out, I wasn't able to vote (NO) for C2012, as I'd been on a MLOA for too long.

Someone has to be at the top of the pay/benefits pyramid, I think it should be Delta, not Fed Ex, not SWA.
Me too, but not so astronomically above everyone else's pay that we "disqualify our own self from the game."

BUT... are YOU willing to strike to achieve significant gains?
Yes, of course, but the flaming torches & pitchforks are a thing of the past if the NMB never releases the labor groups for strike. How'd AA's strike fund work out for them? Oh ya, that's right, after 8+ years, they still weren't released from negotiations!

But if you aren't willing to stand up for yourself, and at least try to reclaim the sacrifices we have made in pay and retirement, then come time to renegotiating our next contract, well, you might as well bend over, again, and say, "Thank you sir, may I have another?"
All conjecture. Never once stated I wasn't "willing to stand up" for myself.

3%?
You just stated "3%", not me.
