You are correct. In my assertion that it was increasing pay by twice the amount, I mistakenly said it was a 200% raise.
25/25/25% is nearly a 100% raise, & puts our 12-year, 737 Captains at $420+/ hour

My sense is that you came after we were pillaged.
I came in the '07/'08 hiring spree, with full intentions to return this "job" to the profession/career it once was. I also knew, and am well aware, that it wouldn't/couldn't/can't/won't happen overnight. (Contrary to what the DPA likes to promote.)
