They are flying Captain/Captain, but it has nothing to do with a shortage of FOs, it has everything to do with a surplus of pilots, like every other employer.
Last I talked to a Laker buddy, they were "pre-cancelling" flights, due to lack of crews. This was about a week ago. I'm doubting it has changed within the last week...
