Indeed. The key point here is the attorney passing it on with an opinion instead of a threat of disaster.
OK, I see your point. I have no way to gauge the pressure you describe, but I understand your argument. Tough for me to verify what actually took place, but the TA was not the best I've seen. I voted for it, and am sufficiently comfortable with my vote, but it was fairly close to missing the mark, as far as my vote went.
