Thats got to be by choice. Must have passed up Q400 upgrade waiting for the 170. With 50+ planes on the way, that upgrade time will drop rapidly.

Junior Captain is just under 6 years seniority and dropping. Another vacancy bid at RAH just came out. Gaining 4-6 planes every month.
Meanwhile at XJT, at 6 years seniority upgrade is nowhere in sight. Attrition is the only hope of movement for the foreseeable future.
