Unlike airline apps on this application with AA it does not give you the option to send a link to the person writing the letter on your behalf by using their email. It appears the person would have to write one then Email it to you where you have to upload it yourself. Am I missing something or am I reading the directions right?
On aa pilotcredentials site, before you log in, look at the tabs across the top. One of the tabs is called "recommend". This is for the person who is giving the recommendation. When they open the tab, it will take them through the process. You'll need to give them (the person giving the recommendation) the email address you used for your aa pilotcredentials login.
