Improvements include long call reserve, per diem increase, sick accrual increase, bid for training, deadhead % increase (currently 75%), numerous vacation improvements (attached day off, increased vacation day credit, more total days off in a vacation month), paid parking for all pilots.
6 Sections open, arbitration coming after a late add negotiating session next week.
I'm regards to the commuter policy: 2 flights that arrive a "reasonable" amount of time before check in. Pilots don't have to designate themselves as a commuter, nor do they have to identify a commuting city. With the new contract, you can only use it 3 times in a rolling twelve month period before being disciplined, at the Chief Pilot's discretion.
