These are the rates today. We are currently stuck in a 3/11 pay table from LOA 21. There are numerous moving pieces (profitability,transaction, etc) that may bring us up to a new table (7/13 found in LOA 39). New Hires should plan for the worst and hope for the best, the new table is approximately 10% higher.
