The DALPA contract clearly caps the 50 seaters at 125. While the actual fleet plan may change in terms of when the planes are parked the end state is still all 50 seaters gone and 81 CR9s only. So what FO wants to come to career stagnation? It isn't the pay. Bases? Compass offers the same and they actually have CAs that will be going to Delta guaranteed via flow and not some SSP crap. I still cannot see any reason(s) why any ATP/1500 hr pilot would come to Endeavor when there are so many better options all of whom are desperate.
