Right now, I still need to get a new 1st class medical and print my e-logbook. I'm also trying to figure out if I can get the 170 and be home based. If I dont/cant get the 170, then I dont know if I'd accept the job offer; pending I dont F up the interview of course

Don't think too hard about it, and don't wait too long. They still need tons of people. The longer you wait, the lower on the list you'll be. Besides, you can always upgrade to the 170 if you don't get it initially (currently a little over 2 years).
