He responded to an email from a friend of mine, telling him that the union used the wrong number of plan participants in their calculation. This is why it went to the grievance process and not a real court. So don't expect to see anything come of it. You know the union will refrain from biting the hand that feeds them, as usual.

FWIW the PPO plan went up less than a buck next year. Apparently the CDHP went up quite a bit.
