You have to put it into context, Silver is competing in the open market place with other airlines for talent. A few white lies are going to be required to staff the company.
You mean I'll be a captain in 6 months? I'd love for them to make those promises to me. Just put that in writing and I'll sign right up.
I've heard about many other airlines making outrageous promises. It's all bullshavic until it's in writing. Then you can sue them.
