In writing from the Policy Manual

3. The MEC Secretary (Treasurer/Vice Chairman) will carry out the duties and responsibilities of his office as prescribed by the ALPA Constitution and By-Laws, the ALPA Administrative Manual, and this Policy Manual. He will:

a. Carry out any assignment as directed by the MEC chairman or the MEC.
