You don't know the person's name but suffice to say his employer is the same as yours.
TOTD belongs to anyone who asks for info via private message then forwards said private message to the person in question.

Exactly. I never put him up to anything. As I recall, it was a simple question of where he was getting his info from and that's when I received that forwarded PM.
